    Yoga Foundations is an all-levels class designed to introduce you to the transformative practice of yoga. Whether you're brand new to yoga or seeking to revisit the fundamentals, this class provides a supportive environment to explore and build a solid foundation for your practice.

    Modifications, regressions and progressions are provided to help each person on their individual journey.

  • Power Yoga

    Intermediate

    Power Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating class designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance while fostering a deep mind-body connection. If you like music, and a challenge, get ready to sweat, flow, and shine in this exhilarating yoga experience! This class is for students with advanced asana practice.

    Level Guidance: For your safety, please have at least 6 months of yoga practice before trying Power Yoga.
